I was struggling with the public schools helping my daughter that screened for dyslexia. Study hub tested her and confirmed she had it. They helped me get the school to give her a 504 for it. She has been doing the program for about a year now and I have seen great improvements. They are always willing to work with me if I need to reschedule for any reason and my daughter enjoys going.

My daughter was a non-reader when she started in October of her first grade year. Now, a second grader in spring semester she is almost at grade level on state testing and is spelling like a champ! She can read now and every week I’m more impressed. The only downside is that to move forward in the program it requires mastering the current level- which can lead to boredom and repetitive work. Also, we have had many changes in tutors, but they do aim for consistency. At the end of the day it’s made my daughter a reader!!!

Study Hub has been such a gift to our family. Their staff members are prompt and courteous, making every effort to match each student with the best fit in a tutor. My son was reluctant to begin dyslexia interventions with a new provider, but all hesitation disappeared after his first session with April and he has attended his twice-a-week sessions eagerly ever since. The progress we have seen in his six months of tutoring is remarkable, and it has been a joy to see his confidence steadily increase. He had made significant progress in reading with a previous program, but we were told that spelling would probably always be a challenge due to his dyslexia. Throughout the entire process, from the initial identification (and all the feelings that can come with that), to tutoring, to school challenges, to IEP challenges, Barbara and her tutors have been with us. My son has been receiving tutoring for math at the Study Hub in Edmond for about 6 months. Our experience has been nothing but excellent. The tutors have been so very helpful as well as patient and kind. They helped my son reach his goals and were encouraging every step of the way. Both Barbara and Jill have been so responsive to questions and helpful with scheduling appointments around a busy teens schedule. Her tutor works one on one with her, pencil to paper, and her attitude regarding reading and writing has improved significantly. As much as I like and respect our school system, I feel it's been too reliant on iPad assignments/assessments. I knew my child needed extra help, and I did not want her to face the next grade level so far behind. By helping my daughter physically write out her words, assign her activities to work on throughout the week, and lessons twice a week, her reading and comprehension skills are much better. I am very grateful I found the Study Hub.

Dr. Bayless and her team are absolutely wonderful! They helped my daughter so much!! She started struggling with reading in second grade which made her despise reading! It became a daily struggle to get her to even pick up a book and try!! We started seeing Dr. Bayless in the Fall of 2021 and my daughter made tremendous progress over the course of two years! She is now reading at grade level and making an “A” in Literature!! As a mom, this brings me so much joy and I do not think my daughter would be where she is at today if we had not met Dr. Bayless!
